Despite leading security measures, credit card fraud or misuse can still occur if your card falls into the wrong hands.
If you can’t find your card, or it has been stolen, report it immediately, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.

When you report your card missing, we will immediately cancel it and put a stop on all future transactions. We’ll then determine whether your card has been used for any unauthorised transactions.
And, of course, we’ll take steps to issue you a new card as quickly as possible, to minimise the inconvenience to you.
